Chapter 4 examines issues surrounding determining community and program needs. A question-and-answer format is used throughout the chapter to discuss developing a process for patient navigation and conducting an analysis of resources and care barriers to meet CoC and NAPBC accreditation criteria, as well as OCM requirements.
