This redesigned and updated program was created with the new oncology advanced practice provider in mind. Through a series of four online courses, learners will get a comprehensive look at of the basics of cancer and its treatment, symptom and side effect management, and the identification of and management of oncologic emergencies with content designed for the advanced practice provider.
Whether learners are participating in a formal academic fellowship, on-the-job training in a community practice, or just graduated from an advanced level academic program, this program will provide additional fundamental knowledge of advanced practice cancer care. This program may be of interest for the experienced APP who would like a refresher of the core concepts of advanced practice care.
This innovative program offering provides learner-centric designed courses that allow for exploration and discovery of critical content, interactive knowledge checks throughout the course, and application of content into case studies to enforce key concepts and objectives. This program will help provide learners with the clinical practice resources that are available to help guide patient care as an oncology advanced practice provider.
This program will replace the Post-Master’s Foundation in Cancer Care course.
